TEACHER’S PROFILE
David Soong is a serial entrepreneur who ventures into his passions and create businesses around it. Realising that life is too short to just work for money, David pursued these passions in his life: photography, travel, technology and culinary adventures.
David is most widely known as the Founder of AXIOO, a photography & videography company specializing in wedding, engagement, and family portraitures. What started off as a hobby has evolved into a movement to revolutionise the world of wedding photography when David opened the doors of AXIOO in 2002 with wife, Felicia. Now, AXIOO is currently the most recognized wedding photography company in Indonesia with a fast-growing clientele in Asia.
In the same year 2002, David started exploring F&B business with his college buddies. With trial and errors, they beat all odds in making this venture another success. Boga group now owns more than 100 restaurants in Indonesia with multiple brands in 10 cities.
When he’s not taking pictures or traveling the world, you will find him in the kitchen or in his backyard barbecuing steaks for his friends.
