About this talk :
What is the difference between UX researchers and UX Designers? Many people says that
the roles overlap more than we would think. As a UX Designer, you still want to make your
product usable and hence conduct some interviews, testing, survey, etc. Similarly as a UX
Research, you want your recommendations to be actionable and design oriented.
So in nutshell, we can say that you need to be either UX designer plus UX researcher. In this
talk, Arum as the first UX Researcher in Go-Jek Indonesia will sharing with us what does UX
