Sandra works at Traveloka as Product Marketing Managers since 2019, as People manager to 5 team members, she is responsible to recruit and select team members, monitor and manage team performance, identify ineffective employees and give suggestions on necessary team improvement, develop product USP from scratch and give a recommendation to Product Team based on user analysis and competitor benchmarking, gather valuable insights from users to shape product positioning as feedback for Product Team, and identify target segment/persona and size of each segment.
