Experienced Data Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Now he works at Gojek as a customer analyst. Before handling customer analyst, he works as a Business Intelligence Analyst. His responsibility are Improved booking conversion rate from 33% to 44% by implementing heuristic ranking on Go-Massage allocation system, Simplified hours of manual work preparing voucher experimentation to only minutes by building a tool (Go-Sample) using R Shiny and BigQuery, and contributed actively to knowledge in Go-Life using various methods i.e. Go-Life User State, Unit Economics, Supply-Demand ratio, RFM user segmentation.
