Facilities
Internet Connection
We provide our members with fast and secure Wi-Fi connectivity, accessed via a single password login. This password will be provided upon becoming our member and changed regularly to ensure security.
In addition to our Wi-Fi, each Private Office member will be provided with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection. Private IP addresses and server storage are also available at an additional cost.
Meeting Room
Our Dedicated Desk and Private Office members are granted credit allocation to facilitate meeting room bookings. Usage of these rooms above the allocated time, and for all hours used by Coworking members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our Plans page for meeting room pricing.
Furniture
We provide work tables and ergonomically designed chairs for a comfortable work environment. Dedicated Desk and Private Office members will also have access to secure storage via portable or built-in lockable filing cabinets.
Phone Booth
We provide private, state-of-the-art soundproof rooms for private calls, which can be used at any time when available.
Printing/Copying/Scanning
We provide our members with access to a professional grade printer, copier and scanner machine. Dedicated desk and Private Office members receive an allocation of free printing (black and white). Any additional printing above the allocated amount, and printing for Coworking members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our Plans page for printing pricing.
Refreshments
We provide free flow coffee, tea, and water all day, everyday.
GoWork Network
As a member, you can connect with other members, share your experiences, product launches, events, job listings, services and more. It’s a great way to collaborate and connect with other entrepreneurs and like-minded people.

Phone service can be made available to Private Office members at an additional charge.
Unfortunately no, we are only able to support a single mailing address for each membership plan.
All members will be provided with a secure Wi-Fi password during onboarding. For member’s guests, we will provide a guest password when registering their attendance with us at the reception desk.
All meeting room and workspace bookings are made via the GoWork app. Download our app and follow the steps under the “Room” or “Desk” menu.
Cancellations to your booking are made via the GoWork app. Meeting Room cancellations are required to be made maximum 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Coworking booking cancellations should be made maximum 1 day prior. Post cancellation, credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance in full (if credits were used). If payment was made using other methods, a refund will be made to your bank account (please input bank details on “My Account > Settings > Payment Preferences > Bank Information” section on the app).
Absolutely, but currently only mall locations (Pacific Place, Plaza Indonesia, Central Park) are open on Saturday from 10.00-18.00. Any other locations follow strictly to building regulations.
There is no need to register your guests with us in advance, simply let your guests know our location address and we will register them at the reception desk upon arrival.
We have a number of meeting rooms across each of our locations that cater for 2-22 seats.
