What are your opening hours?

Our official opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays, our locations inside malls such as Pacific Place, Plaza Indonesia, and Central Park are also open from 10.00-18.00.

Can I stop by to see the space, or should I schedule an appointment in advance?

We encourage all of our guests to schedule a tour appointment with us in advance. This ensures that our team will be available to assist during your visit, to help you in finding just what you are looking for! Submit this form to schedule your tour.

What additional advantages can I enjoy as a member, apart from the privilege of having a workspace?

Plenty! We organize exclusive events for our members every month that you can check on our app. Also, we have collaborated with various service providers in lifestyle, F&B, health, and information technology sectors to provide our members with exclusive discounts and perks!

What membership plans do you offer?

Coworking

We currently have two memberships for Coworking; Flexi Coworking and Monthly Coworking (Single and Multi Locations). Coworking membership allows you to use any one of the available shared desk spaces in the coworking area. This membership plan includes an access card, free Wi-Fi, free refreshments. Some amenities, such as printing machines and meeting rooms, may require an additional fee.

Meeting Room (Meet-Up)

Meeting Room Plan gives you the convenience of accessing our meeting rooms at all our locations for any kind of event. Each month, you'll receive credits to easily book our meeting rooms. Plus, enjoy complimentary amenities like Wi-Fi, scanning service, and refreshing drinks during your meetings. You can choose to pay on a monthly, bi-annual, or even annual basis, providing you with the flexibility you need!

Dedicated Desk

Dedicated Desk is a permanently assigned desk located within the shared open workspace area. This membership provides access to a secure storage for your personal belongings, and the desktop may be set up and left overnight. This membership plan includes secure 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, a designated credit for printing (black and white) and meeting room bookings.

Virtual Office

If your small to medium team doesn't require a physical office every day, our Virtual Office membership is for you. With this option, you can enjoy monthly credits that can be used to book coworking desks and meeting rooms, along with access to essential documents for your business' legal requirements. Complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments and scanning are also available for Virtual Office members.

Private Office

Private Office is a fully enclosed, secure office space with the added flexibility of increasing or decreasing capacity as your needs change. This membership plan includes secure 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, limited printing access (black and white) and credits for meeting room bookings.

How do I purchase a membership plan?

Coworking & Meeting Room Plan

Our Coworking or Meeting Room Plan membership plan can be purchased either online or in-person at any of our GoWork locations. Head to our Plans page to purchase your membership plan or to our Locations page to find the nearest space to you!

After I become a member, can I work from any of the GoWork locations?

Yes, you can! Our members are welcome to work from any of our GoWork locations, you just need to book yourself a desk via the GoWork app before you arrive. Download our app today!

An exception applies to members with Monthly Coworking Single Location membership, requiring them to exclusively work from a single location.

What is shared workspace?

A shared workspace is an area containing shared desks with ample seating, work surfaces, and access to power and internet.

Does my membership plan need to begin on the 1st of the month?

Virtual Office

Our Virtual Office membership plan begins on the day you sign up with us.

Dedicated Desk & Private Office

Our Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership plans begin on the day you sign up with us. If the contract end date does not end on the last day of the month, or ends on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

Are your membership plans really month-to-month?

Yes! Our flexible month-to-month membership plans provide you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. GoWork also offers longer term membership plans as well as shorter term hot desks plans. Send us an email to hello@go-work.com to learn more.

If I have a Monthly Coworking membership plan, do I need to reserve a workspace before arriving?

If you have a Monthly Coworking membership plan, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk in the common area.

However, for Flexi Coworking, we request that you make a workspace reservation in advance and we will be sure to keep a seat free for you! To reserve a spot, kindly utilize the GoWork app. We kindly ask that you check-in upon arrival at our front desk. Download our app today!

What if I’m looking for a Dedicated Desk or Private Office membership plan that starts in more than 30 days from now?

We’d still love to hear from you! Send us an email to sales@go-work.com and we would be happy to discuss how we can accommodate your future needs.

Can guests visit me at my workspace desk?

Our Coworking and Dedicated Desk members are welcome to bring guests for meeting room usage, a tour of the space or other temporary visit purposes. If these guests wish to use our space for work, it is mandatory for them to purchase a one-day Coworking pass, or sign up for one of our monthly memberships. Head to our Plans page to learn more, or simply enquire at our front desk upon arrival.

Can guests visit me in my Private Office?

Yes, of course! However, before your guests proceed into our space they will need to register their attendance at our front desk, after which you can bring them to your office.

I need to add additional members to my team. How do I do this?

The best way to do this is to speak with your Hub Manager at your home location, and we will facilitate your query from there.

How do I change my type of membership plan (i.e., from Coworking to Dedicated Desk)?

The best way to do this is to speak with your Hub Manager at your nearest location, and we will facilitate your query from there.

When do I have to let GoWork know I’m moving out?

Dedicated Desk and Private Office members are required to give one-calendar month notice on move out or transfer of offices. Meanwhile, Coworking members can cancel at any time.

What facilities are available at GoWork locations?

Internet Connection

We provide our members with fast and secure Wi-Fi connectivity, accessed via a single password login. This password will be provided upon becoming our member and changed regularly to ensure security.

In addition to our Wi-Fi, each Private Office member will be provided with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection. Private IP addresses and server storage are also available at an additional cost.

Meeting Room

Our Dedicated Desk and Private Office members are granted credit allocation to facilitate meeting room bookings. Usage of these rooms above the allocated time, and for all hours used by Coworking members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our Plans page for meeting room pricing.

Furniture

We provide work tables and ergonomically designed chairs for a comfortable work environment. Dedicated Desk and Private Office members will also have access to secure storage via portable or built-in lockable filing cabinets.

Phone Booth

We provide private, state-of-the-art soundproof rooms for private calls, which can be used at any time when available.

Printing/Copying/Scanning

We provide our members with access to a professional grade printer, copier and scanner machine. Dedicated desk and Private Office members receive an allocation of free printing (black and white). Any additional printing above the allocated amount, and printing for Coworking members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our Plans page for printing pricing.

Refreshments

We provide free flow coffee, tea, and water all day, everyday

What if I need a phone service?

Phone service can be made available to Private Office members at an additional charge.

Can I have multiple mailing addresses assigned to my membership?

Unfortunately no, we are only able to support a single mailing address for each membership plan.

How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?

All members will be provided with a secure Wi-Fi password during onboarding. For member’s guests, we will provide a guest password when registering their attendance with us at the reception desk.

How do I book a Meeting Room or Coworking?

All meeting room and workspace bookings are made via the GoWork app. Download our app and follow the steps under the “Room” or “Desk” menu.

How do I cancel a Meeting Room or Coworking booking?

Cancellations to your booking are made via the GoWork app. Meeting Room cancellations are required to be made maximum 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Coworking booking cancellations should be made maximum 1 day prior. Post cancellation, credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance in full (if credits were used). If payment was made using other methods, a refund will be made to your bank account (please input bank details on “My Account > Settings > Payment Preferences > Bank Information” section on the app).

Being a member, can I book a meeting room or workspace on the weekend?

Absolutely, but currently only mall locations (Pacific Place, Plaza Indonesia, Central Park) are open on Saturday from 10.00-18.00. Any other locations follow strictly to building regulations.

I just booked a meeting room. How do I register my guests?

There is no need to register your guests with us in advance, simply let your guests know our location address and we will register them at the reception desk upon arrival.

What size conference meeting rooms do you have?

We have a number of meeting rooms across each of our locations that cater for 2-22 seats.

What are the additional fees for booking meeting rooms, event space, printing, business address and more?

I’m ready to sign up! What are my payment options?

If you are purchasing a membership online, we accept bank transfer, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payment via GoPay.

If you are purchasing a plan in-person at GoWork, we accept QRIS, debit card, and credit card.

How am I charged for the things I use when they are add-ons?

For members with monthly memberships, add-ons will be billed to you separately at the end of the month. For all other members we request these charges be settled at the end of the day.

Monthly memberships are invoiced on the last day of every month, and payment is required within the first 7 days of the following month.

Is there a security deposit or set up fee required to secure a Dedicated Desk or Private Office?

For Dedicated Desk, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly membership fee. Meanwhile the security deposit required for Private Office will be determined based on the duration specified in your contract agreement.

Does GoWork charge late fees?

We charge a late fee of 1% per month on the outstanding invoice for payments we haven’t received after 7 days of the following month.
