What are your opening hours?
Our official opening hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, while our dedicated desk and private office members have access to the space 24/7 via secure keycard.
Can I stop by to see the space, or should I schedule an appointment time in advance?
We encourage all of our guests to schedule a tour appointment with us in advance. This ensures that our team will be available to assist during your visit, to help you in finding just what you are looking for! Submit a book a tour form to schedule your tour.
Other than the benefit of having a workspace, what other perks do I get if I become a member?
Plenty! GoWork has partnered with ISMAYA and several other F&B, lifestyle and service outlets across Jakarta to provide our members with special (and sometimes exclusive) perks!

What membership plans do you offer?
Hot Desk
A hot desk is a flexible use desk located within the shared openworkspace area. This membership allows you to use any one of the available shared desk spaces and come and go as you please. This membership plan includes secure 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi, free refreshments, free scanning, access to paid printing services and access to paid meeting room usage.
Dedicated Desk
A dedicated desk is a permanently assigned desk located within the shared open workspace area. This membership provides access to a secure storage for your personal belongings, and the desktop may be set up and left overnight. This membership plan includes secure 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, an allocation of free printing and an allocation of free meeting room usage.
Private office
A private office is a fully enclosed, secure office space with the added flexibility of increasing or decreasing capacity as your needs change. This membership plan includes secure 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, an allocation of free printing and an allocation of free meeting room usage.
How do I purchase a membership plan?
Hot Desk
Our Hot Desk membership plan can be purchased either online or in-person at any of our GoWork locations. Head to our plans page to book your desk, or to our locations page to find the nearest space to you!

After I become a member, can I work from any of the GoWork locations?
Yes, you can! Our members are welcome to work from any of our GoWork locations, you just need to book yourself a desk via the GoWork app before you arrive. Download our app today!
What is shared workspace?
A shared workspace is a seating area containing shared desks with ample seating, work surfaces, and access to power.
Does my memberships plan need to begin on the 1st of the month?
Hot Desk
Our hot desk membership plans begin the day you sign up.
Dedicated Desk & Private Office
Our dedicated desk and private office membership plans commence on the day you sign up with us. If the contract end date does not end on the last day of the month, or ends on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.
Are your membership plans really month-to-month?
Yes! Our flexible month-to-month membership plans provide you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. GoWork also offers longer term membership plans as well as shorter term hot desks plans. Send us an email to hello@go-work.com to learn more.
If I have a monthly hot desk membership plan, do I need to reserve a workspace before arriving?
If you have a hot desk membership plan, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk in the common area.
In order to ensure our hot desk members can come and go as they please, we do request that you make a workspace reservation in advance and we will be sure to keep a seat free for you! Reservations can be made via the GoWork app and during your visit we request that you Check-In via upon arrival and Check-Out when leaving. Download our app today!
What if I’m looking for a dedicated desk or private office membership plan that commences in more than 30 days from now?

Can guests visit me at my workspace desk?
Our hot desk and dedicated desk members are welcome to bring guests into the workspace for meeting room usage, a tour of the space or other temporary visit purposes. If these member guests wish like to use our space for work, we do require that they purchase a one-day pass, or sign up for one of our monthly memberships. Head to our plans page to learn more, or simply enquire at our front desk upon arrival.
Can guests visit me in my private office?
Yes, of course! However, before your guests proceed into our space they will need to register their attendance at our front desk, after which you can bring them to your office.
I need to add additional members to my team. How do I do this?
The best way to do this is to speak with your local Hub Manager or Host, and we will facilitate your query from there.
How do I change my type of membership plan (i.e., from hot desk to dedicated desk)?

When do I have to let GoWork know I’m moving out?
Dedicated desk and private offices members are required to give one-calendar month notice on move out or transfer of offices. Hot desk members can cancel at any time.
What facilities are available at GoWork locations?
Super-Fast, Reliable Internet
We provide our members with high-speed and secure Wi-Fi connectivity, accessed via a single password login. This password will be provided upon becoming our member.
In addition to our Wi-Fi, each private office member will be provided with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection. Private IP addresses and server storage are also available at an additional cost.
Conference Room & Meeting Room Hours
We provide our dedicated desk and private office members with an allocation of free conference room and meeting room hours. Usage of these rooms for additional hours above the allocated time, and for all hours used by hot desk members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our plans page for meeting room pricing.
Furniture
We provide work tables and ergonomically designed chairs for a comfortable work environment. Dedicated desks and private offices will also have access to secure storage via portable or built-in lockable filing cabinets.
Phone Booth
We provide private, state-of-the-art soundproof rooms for private calls, which can be used at any time when available.
Printing/Copying/Scanning
We provide our members with access to a professional grade printer, copier and scanner machine. Dedicated desk and private office members receive an allocation of free printing. Any additional printing above the allocated amount, and printing for all hot desk members, will be at an additional cost. Head to our plans page for printing pricing.
Refreshments
We provide free flow coffee, tea, and water all day, everyday.

What if I need a phone service?
Phone service can be made available to private office members at an additional charge.
Can I have multiple mailing addresses assigned to my membership?
Unfortunately no, we are only able to support a single mailing addresses for each membership plan.
How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?
All members will be provided with a secure Wi-Fi password during onboarding. For member guests, we will provide a guest password when registering their attendance with us at the reception desk.
How do I book a meeting room or workspace?
All meeting room and workspace bookings are made via the GoWork app using your allocated meeting room credits as per your membership type. Download our app and follow the instructions under Book Space.
How do I cancel a meeting room or workspace booking?
Cancellations to your booking are made via the GoWork app. We do require that all cancellations are made at least 2 hours prior to the booking start time. Post cancellation, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance in full.
Being a member, can I book a meeting room or workspace on the weekend?
At present, our members may only book meeting rooms, conference rooms and workspaces during Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
I just booked a meeting room. How do I register my guests?
There is no need to register your guests with us in advance, simply let your guests know our location address and we will register them at the reception desk upon arrival.
What size conference meeting rooms do you have?
We have a number of meeting rooms and conference rooms across each of our locations that cater for 5-18 pax.
What are the additional fees for booking meeting rooms, event space, printing, business address and more?

I’m ready to sign up! What are my payment options?
If you are purchasing a membership online, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
If you are purchasing a plan in-person at GoWork, we accept both credit card and cash.
How am I charged for the things I use when they are add-ons?
For members with monthly memberships, add-ons will be billed to you separately at the end of the month. For all other members we request these charges be settled at the end of the day.
Monthly memberships are invoiced on the last day of every month, and payment is required within the first 7 days of the following month.
Is there a security deposit or set up fee required to secure a dedicated desk or private office?
For dedicated desks, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly membership fee. For private offices, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly fee. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the tenure.
Does GoWork charge late fees?
We charge a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding invoice for payments we haven’t received after 7 days of the following month.
