Payment
If you are purchasing a membership online, we accept bank transfer, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payment via GoPay.
If you are purchasing a plan in-person at GoWork, we accept QRIS, debit card, and credit card.
For members with monthly memberships, add-ons will be billed to you separately at the end of the month. For all other members we request these charges be settled at the end of the day.
Monthly memberships are invoiced on the last day of every month, and payment is required within the first 7 days of the following month.
For Dedicated Desk, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly membership fee. Meanwhile the security deposit required for Private Office will be determined based on the duration specified in your contract agreement.
We charge a late fee of 1% per month on the outstanding invoice for payments we haven't received after 7 days of the following month.
