How do Meeting Room bookings work?

If you're a member, you can book our Meeting Room through the GoWork app. Your monthly credits will be automatically deducted based on the length of your reservation. In case the usage exceeds the limit, please reach out to our team at your location, so we can assist you further with this matter.

I made a mistake when booking the room, can I edit my booking?

Unfortunately, editing your booking directly isn't an option. Alternatively, you can cancel your current booking and then re-book the Meeting Room with the updated information. Cancellation for the Meeting Room can be done maximum 2 hours before. If it is really urgent, please speak directly to our Hub Manager onsite.

Can I book your Meeting Room even though I’m not a member?

Certainly! You are more than welcome to book our Meeting Room, regardless of your membership status. Just head over to our GoWork app, sign up and make a reservation at your preferred time and for your preferred location. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or GoPay.
