A gift card is a product in the form of a card of a certain value issued by a brand or company that can be used as a substitute for money when making a purchase or transaction for a product or service—usually only valid for a certain period of time. As the name suggests, a gift card is meant to be given away as gifts, for use by someone else other than those purchasing the card themselves.

GoWork Gift Cards are our version of these gift cards. These cards can conveniently be used for any transactions on the GoWork App.

A GoWork Gift Card can serve as a perfect gift for anyone. Not only is it one of the easiest ways for your recipient to start enjoying GoWork’s product, but you can also customize the Gift Card according to your preferences, from its design, down to the nominal value of the gift card.

You can redeem gift cards to turn them into GoWork vouchers of an equal value. GoWork vouchers, in turn, can be used as a method of payment for transactions made in the GoWork App; from booking coworking desks to meeting rooms, or upgrading your membership plans, you can use these vouchers to pay for practically anything in the App.

GoWork Gift Card nominals range from the minimum purchase amount of IDR 100,000 to the maximum amount of IDR 5,000,000. We also offer prefixed Gift Card nominals that are matched to the price of certain GoWork products and services, so that the recipient will be able to purchase said services and products without having to pay any additional fees.

No, you can only order one Gift Card at a time.

1. Visit GoWork’s homepage and go to the Gift Card menu. Alternatively, you can directly go to the Gift Card landing page at https://go-work.com/gift-card
2. In the GoWork Gift Card page, click or tap ‘Send A Personalized Gift Card’.
   
3. Select the Gift Card category according to your wishes.
4. Select Card design.
5. After that, please complete the recipient data.
6. On the next page, you will be asked to fill in the data for sending the gift card, including the gift card nominal, the recipient data, i.e., recipient first name, recipient last name and recipient email address, and also sender name and personal message for the recipient. Make sure the data entered is correct.
7. You can write a message on the Gift Card for the recipient with a maximum of 140 characters.
8. Once done, click Continue to checkout and send.
9. To proceed with sending the gift card to the recipient, you have to register or login as a GoWork member. If you have not registered for the GoWork App, you need to fill out your information on the registration form. At this stage, please select the Payment Method you want to use for Gift Card transactions. Then click Pay now, to continue proceed with the payment process until the payment has completed.
10. After everything is done, you will get info about the Purchase Details of the Gift Card transaction that you did and the recipient will receive the Gift Card via email.

You can pay for a GoWork Gift Card using GoPay, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.

1. As a sender you will receive a confirmation email for a successful transaction and information that the gift card has been sent to the recipient.
2. As a recipient, you will receive an email containing a Gift Card code that can be redeemed. To redeem, you can follow the guide on How to Redeem a GoWok Gift Card. After successful redemption, the code will be exchanged into a GoWork voucher that can be spent at the GoWork App/Website.
3. However, if the recipient does not receive the Gift Card code, please contact the GoWork team and inform us of the recipient's correct email address so we can help send the code back.

The Gift Card code will be sent directly to the recipient's email after you complete the payment process.

For Gift Card recipients who want to redeem the GoWork Gift Card, you can follow these steps:

1. Enter the Gift Card page.
2. Click the Redeem now link.
3. Enter your Gift Card Code.
4. If your gift card code is valid, the gift card will show up on the screen and you will be directed to register or login as a GoWork member to continue the process of redeeming the Gift Card.
5. If you are not registered as a GoWork member, fill out and submit the registration form.
6. Enter the verification code that is sent to your mobile number.
7. Click the Redeem now button.
8. The “successful redemption page” will be shown if the redemption process has been successful.
9. If the redemption is successful, the Gift Card has also successfully been converted to a voucher. You can now view the voucher that has been added to your account in the My Voucher menu in the GoWork App.
10. You may use the voucher to make a purchase for any transactions within the GoWork App, adhering to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

Here are some things you need to pay attention to before redeeming the Gift Card:

1. Make sure the gift card recipient’s email address is entered correctly.
2. Make sure the gift card recipient’s mobile number is active for GoWork member registration purposes.
3. Make sure the Gift Card code is entered correctly.
4. The Gift Card is redeemed beyond its validity period.
5. If the Gift Card code still can not be redeemed, please contact GoWork, directly in various locations closest to you or through WhatsApp (+62 811 996 8896)

*Please note that we cannot renew expired gift cards or extend their validity period. Use your gift card right away!

Gift Card redemptions can only be made by the recipient of the Gift Card as registered by the buyer when purchasing said Gift Card.

Unfortunately, it cannot. When a user has successfully paid and received a Gift Card code, it cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once the gift card is activated, even if there is still any amount remaining in the Gift Card.

Your GoWork Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of its purchase.

Unfortunately, the validity period cannot be changed once your voucher has been created. Use your Gift Card right away!
